    Our entire screening process is done in accordance with California state law and Fair Housing regulations

  4. Providing you with monthly statements and rents 

    We use state of the art property management specific software to produce statements that you receive digitally each month 

    Rents are deposited through our trust account, and sent directly to your bank account

  5. Coordinating any necessary repairs 

    We have an extensive list of vendors and licensed professionals that we contact whenever an issue arises 

    Tenants submit repair inquiries through a tenant portal that we provide 

    We coordinate with you first before approving any work if a costly repair arises 

  6. Checking on your properties for you 

    We visit your properties to ensure everything is in order 

  7. Handling the move out process 

    Security deposits are used to repair damages caused by tenants, then itemized and returned in accordance with state law 

    We prepare the unit for new tenants
